I paid a visit to this cafe on Thursday, August 8th 2025 and ordered the Canadian style berry pancakes and a berry smoothy. I was very impressed. I never lightly choose a place to eat and I always try to seek out places like this, where the staff are attentive and the food is brilliant. The one thing to be aware of is this cafe gets Really Busy. Be prepared to wait for a table to become available! But it is well worth the wait, the food is wonderful, there is loads of outdoor seating and the drinks are delicious. The wait staff are only too happy to help (they helped us translate the menu as we are not German speakers), and the pancakes were a wonderful portion and delicious. If you're visiting the centre of the wonderful town of Marburg, this cafe is a must visit on a sunny day!

I really enjoyed my visit here! The coffee is excellent — rich flavor, perfectly brewed, and served with care. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, perfect for relaxing or spending time with friends. I was also pleasantly surprised by the food — everything was fresh, tasty, and beautifully presented. Definitely one of my favorite spots, and I’ll be coming back for sure!

Visited an hour before closing, but they still let us sit down and have a snack. We ordered 2 cappuccinos, which were good but sadly the milk on the cappuccinos was burnt… It wasn’t too bad but that’s the reason we took one star off… We still tried to drink the coffee, but maybe in the future wir will be better. Otherwise the cake was really amazing and the pancakes absolutely fantastic! I got the ones with maple syrup and apples (which I bet recommend). The service was OK, I mean it was an hour before closing so you could tell they were definitely tired and done for the day.

The atmosphere is beautiful, very trendy and cosy. Croissant and cappuccino were perfect! But the shakshuka was disappointing - far too much tomato and not enough eggs. Definitely recommend this place but don't get the shakshuka
